Joining a drive instead?Plan the drive.
Keep the group together.
A driving event is more than a line on a map. Bring the route, the programme and the people into one place, before the first car sets off.

Throughout the day.
At your desk.
Build driving stages or import a route. Bring bookings, the roadbook, invitations, waivers and vehicle details together before the group arrives.
In every car.
The chosen route on iOS and Android, with CarPlay and Android Auto. Saved guidance, convoy view and sound controls keep the driving experience close at hand.
In Tour Desk.
Compare a detour, review a regroup and approve the driver message. Follow the outcome from the same event, as the day unfolds.
The road changes.
You keep the say.
A different route. A later start. A change to the programme. Review the plan and the message together, then check how the update reaches the group.
For tour operatorsAn illustrative change of plan
One programme for the whole day.
The driving stages, the stops and the details belong to the same event. Then something changes.

A second pair
of hands.
You keep the say.
Tour Desk brings the organiser’s decisions into the day. Ask the co-pilot for help: keep the scenic section, find fuel before lunch, or move the afternoon start. Review its recommendation, proposed changes and exact message before approving.
- The programme and the driver briefing together.
- A clear review before changes are applied.
- Delivered updates distinguished from unconfirmed devices.
